Shipping Policy

Please be assured that your items will ship out within 24 hours of purchase. We ship via United Parcel Service (UPS).  If you’re trying to estimate when a package will be delivered, please note the following: Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing. UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you require express or 2 day shipping, please call us at 717.485.0473 for charges.

Shipping and Handling Costs

$10.00 for the first book and $5.00 for each additional book. We will ship full cases of ServSafe Books (16) at no charge. PLEASE NOTE: Out of state orders WILL NOT be charged sales tax. In state orders will be charged 6.0% sales tax. This applies to product orders only. If you are receiving training with the book(s) order, there will not be any sales tax charged.
