Susan was AWESOME! Her presentation was engaging and informative. She kept the participants energized and her enthusiasm was great to see.

– Linda P., Schwenksville, PA

I learned the definitions of food allergies. I did not know that gluten was not just a wheat issue.

– Chef Karen

I learned the difference between cross contact and cross contamination. The impact of the importance of cleaning tables between guests and that any debris left over could cause an event re-emphasized the impact that we can have on guests and the way we can make them feel more normal and welcome. I recommend AllerTrain.™

 – John Ingle

Because of AllerTrainU™ we will be setting up a gluten free station for the beginning of the semester and working on a complete area in the cafeteria that we can offer meals that avoid the big eight.

– Chef Em, SUNY

Most of the information was not new however there were many new practical tips.  Thanks for the one clear training for allergies and gluten-free.

– Emma Sterling Scoop Nutrition, Australia

We at Messiah College Dining Services, would like to thank you for the opportunity to take the AllerTrain U Course.  Our staff found the training very beneficial and a valuable resource for improving our Food Allergy Program. The course gave us a clear vision of Food Allergy Awareness, Food Intolerance, Policies, Legislation, Preventative Measures and Emergency Procedures.  We would recommend this program to be the standard for Food Allergen Education.

Percell D Green, Executive Chef

The AllerTrain U seminar was beneficial and educational to all who attended.  We learned the importance of creating a college-wide policy to address nutritional/dietary needs for students/faculty/staff.  While the information on food allergies, celiac disease, and food intolerances were more of a review to myself, the Assistant Director of Dining Services, and the Director of Health Services, we feel all Dining Services employees would benefit from this training.  Thank you for providing detailed, concise, and accurate information that clearly benefits Pennsylvania College of Technology.
