Food Safety Training
Food Manager’s Certification Classes
Our food manager’s certification classes are taught utilizing the ServSafe® program, the industry’s leading food safety training and certification program. This course offers the strongest combination of current information, industry focus, operational focus, operational relevance and real-world examples.
Third-Party Food Safety Inspections
It’s often invaluable to have an objective expert review your food safety protocols and procedures to check for compliance across all areas. We provide an “outside perspective” and are able to identify issues – and potential issues – that your internal team may have missed. We provide honest input about any violations, as well as actionable strategies to fix any problems before they negatively impact your guests – or your business.
Health Department Liaison
If you need an advocate to represent you with your facility’s local health department, the Food Safety Training Solutions team can help.
It can be very intimidating to work with government agencies. We’re happy to meet with health departments on your behalf, regardless of what you need.
Food Allergy Awareness Training and Consulting
Food Safety Training Solutions, Inc. works with restaurants and other food service venues to help develop operating procedures to safely serve individuals with food allergies, food intolerances and celiac disease. With the rapid rise in individuals with food allergies and celiac disease, it’s wise to learn how to safely accommodate these guests. By doing so, you’ll position your establishment as “the place to eat” for individuals with food allergies and sensitivities in your area.
We offer the only ANSI accredited food allergen training programs in the U.S.A.
ServSafe® Food Handler Program
Our employee starter program is taught utilizing the same tools of the trade as the Food Manager’s Certification course. The ServSafe Food Handler Guide easily integrates food safety into any existing onboarding training program. Enhanced assessment can be taken at the completion of training (or not) to measure if employees have the minimum competency in food safety knowledge.
